Loray Mills is a 582 thousand sq. ft. mixed use development located in Gastonia North Carolina. Historically, it was the largest mill under one roof at the time of construction. As proposed, it will house 172 apartments, 100 condominiums, restaurant and retail extensions as well as self storage capabilities and will feature a multi-use Event Center.
